Who has a guess as to whether we will net gain or net lose snowpack during the upcoming event? For my location on north shore of central/eastern suffolk ... i really am unsure! TheTrials
moderate snow .5 down upton just updated calling for 1-2 inches by 1 pm. The winter that keeps on giving continues. A wee bit too late for the I-95 commuters as salt trucks can't get through the row of cars sitting on the ice. Looking at some of the traffic cams and listening to radio reports, sounds like it fell, melted from the existing salt, and refroze quickly with the heavier snow rates.
