ukrocks
congrats. Only got 4" up here snow depth of 5" so not doing too much better lol.. This is all new snow. LOL. It sucks but I anticipate most of this to be gone by Sunday or Monday. It's amazing what a little sunlight can do down here. But yeah I would have love to of gotten 4 inches down here. Congrats to you guys! Although I know most of you all were wanting 6 or 7 inches.
michsnowfreak
Had 1.0" snow with 0.08" water on 1/20 imby, with DTW seeing 0.9" snow and 0.07" water. Now, the arctic front is sliding through with some nice moderate snow/blowing snow, looks like a whiteout just north of me. Took a pic around 11pm, wish it turned out a little better...LOVED the contrast of the sky and snow. The inch of powder really freshened up the snowpack. Just under 4" on the ground, glacier with a powdery topping.
dilly84
Burst of moderate snow here. Big flakes. Hope I can stay in it for an hour would probably pick up an extra inch. Winds are really whipping. Edit: Make that heavy snow. Wish I could get a better night show of the falling snow. Need to buy a new camera or something. Trent
Trent what is your snowdepth right now 4-5 inches? Ranges in the 4-6" range. Most spots are a tad over 5 inches.
michsnowfreak
Hard to tell how much with the windblown arctic front here, Id say 0.2" of fluff after the inch of sugar, so went with event total on Jan 20/21 of 1.2" imby, 1.1" at DTW. Snow depth now close to 4" and looks SOOOO much fresher with the new coat on the glacier lol.
