Important thing to remember across the area - budgets were already low going into the fall/winter, and after all the snow we've had towns/cities are doing the bare minimum or nothing today. Power outages in CT are starting to creep up - UI shows about 2,000 outages across Milford, Orange, and North Branford, while CL&P shows about 1,600 outages scattered around the state, mostly on the coast...
