buckeye
We get stuck in between. The eastern weenies don't want us so sometimes we venture over here. Still a ways from St Louis but close enough to Columbus welcome as far as i'm concerned, i like the pittsburgh crowd....us west-of-the-appies posters have to stick together. Organizing Low
uk looks much more like the nam then the gfs at 72. the Ukie is actually even more amplified with heights on the east coast than the NAM....its a pretty big difference for only 72 hours out

Organizing Low
well through 72 hours, the NAM has trended towards the GFS at least. you can compare 18z NAM at 78 to GFS 00z at 72, and then to 00z NAM at 72. the difference between the models are shrinking as expected, and beyond 72 they widen of course.... snowstormcanuck
If GFS = worst case scenario, I'm pretty happy. Some decent LES potential there with that northern energy dropping down to the west of me.

Some decent LES potential there with that northern energy dropping down to the west of me. gfs gives cmh some accumulating light snow. However if i were offered the opportunity to lock in the gfs or continue to roll the dice.....i'd be roll'n. lol
buckeye
nogaps continues its idea of digging the trough to the gulf coast, closing off the 5h low in the gulf states and sending up a coastal. a bit different from the gfs i'd say
