I doubt it. If it was snow yes, most school systems take ice very seriously. Since we haven't had a snow day yet... I would not be surprised for the safety of the students if they were to just cancel.

As I long time teacher - I often tell my students it depends on timing. Decisions are often made between 4:30 and 5:30 am. It will depend on what is going on at that point. If it is raining at that point - school will be on time. If it's freezing precip. there could be a delay or a cancel.

The second it turns to rain, however doesn't mean the end of slick roads. Slick spots will remain. Even if it has changed over at that point I'd say numerous delays are still likely. Probably not a cancellation, however.
