JPete
I was in York 45 mins ago, when I left the snow started about 10 miles south of town, down by the Glen Rocks exit. Should be there anytime now. Yup. Steady snow now. Roads, sidewalks, and vehicles coated.

gymengineer
Precip? Well neither of us are kiddies-- but what's shown to fall, if the temps verify verbatim (which they won't), would be plenty for an ice day off in most of the 'burbs. aldie 22
steady light snow temp at 24....I think we stay mostly snow here until the precip shuts off and then maybe some freezing drizzle....best case scenario I think with the limited qpf

Ji
I don't get how a low that close to the coast dosent bring heavy precip to its west?
Bob Chill
25 and mostly snow in Rockville. I'm surprised it's this cold here. It was 28 when I left Sterling, VA @ 8pm and it dropped to 25 during the drive. Should be fun tonight afterall. Weather is weather and I can't change a damn thing so bring on the ice. BethesdaWX
Could happen. True, not the most likely solution though. Forecasts should probably go more Cautious to warn the public right?
