I've never seen that thick of ice before. Even during 94 winter there was enough mixing with sleet/snow to keep the worst and most damaging effects to a minimum.

i guess. it seems it was a bit colder than i anticipated. but even .2" ice doesnt end the world. i almost fell on the sidewalk this morning.
