MichaelScott
For the westside of LYH: temp: 36 dp:20 humidity: 52% pressure: 30.16'' NE winds at 8 mph Precip seems to be filling ib a la the ARW, if not more widespread and sooner than the ARW. ARW also keeps the 850s at 0c for me during the precipitation, hoping for a school cancellation at least.

frostbite_falls
Anyone have a reasonable guesstimate on total QPF in Harford Co/Bel Air area for this event? Got an on-going construction project and trying to decide how much we need to batten down the hatches.
WxUSAF
SE wind already? thats probably not good though. I noticed that. BWI, DCA, and IAD all have winds from 100 or 110. Not sure what's causing that. Obviously the CAD has been stronger than advertised today based on the temps and dew points. But you typically get NE wind directions with good CAD, which was the case up until the last 1-3 hours.

Ian
Yeah that has me worried, I'm hoping its a "cross-draft" being picked up by my station. Temperature is falling though! a high drifting out to sea is not awesome if you want a lot of ice. yeah cad was probably underdone at range but there are multiple other negatives anyway if you are hoping to lose your power for a week. BETWEEN ONE-TENTH AND TWO-TENTHS OF AN INCH OF GLAZE IS POSSIBLE. For kent county, directly east of me, 1-3 and .1 for Queen Anne's. If Mt.Holly has this for them, i should do just as good if not a bit better. They are pretty bullish on this.
