nzucker
So what happens tonight when it goes into the high teens here? The whole place is gonna freeze up solid and we're going to have a delay tomorrow is my guess. We've got 1/4" of ice coating everything, maybe we get lucky and it gets windy and blows it off the critical stuff ... Basically, all schools in Westchester were closed today. Many schools were closed/delayed Tuesday, and will have a delay tomorrow. The district I work for, Irvington, has had 6 snow days, a two-hour delay, and an early dismissal since we got back from Christmas break. We are going to need to make up a lot of days at this rate. I don't think I can remember this many snow days since 95-96, when we missed three consecutive days of school for the January Blizzard.
_AR_
Many schools are already posting delays for tomorrow. Man I wish I was still in highschool. They will be going until July at the rate this winter is going.
