Looks like northern il and the southern tier of wi coutnies should overperform if that slides through after the current snows. i'm thinking that will be my inch with the cold front. Leading edge of the heavier returns has really slowed down in the last few frames. For a minute there it looked like it was going to keep charging east in defiance of the models.
