That would def raise my winter grade so far from a F to a solid C. Its been an aggravating one for sure IMBY.. Areas within even 5/10 miles of me are doing better though.. Same goes for most areas in S.WI. 2.9" at MSN as of noon from 0.12" of liquid, which is a ratio of about 25:1! Just had another .04" in the past hour so probably already up to 4".
