My call for winter we will have torches and not temperature moderations. Im thinking regular snow pack destruction. However that is just a hunch. There is generally about a 3 month lag for ENSO affecting the pattern over N.A. So if you roll forward 3 months from now, we are already into February...meaning any changes in ENSO that occur from here on out would not really be felt in the pattern until after that time.
