MaineJayhawk
Your 4-6" call still looking good? Busted in a good way. lol To be fair, though, I made a final call last night of 10-14". If I'm fortunate, that will be a touch too low as well. Good storm, everybody shares it.
Kbosch
The on the ground snow right now in many spots in CT has to be up there with recent high totals given the last 2 weeks It's like 95-96.

snowman21
I'm not sure I buy that Newtown total..Esp at 8:40 in the morning I think it might be right. Someone sent me pics from there, and they're ridiculous. Of course that includes the foot they got Friday, but I could believe they got at least two feet out of this, and it's still snowing there. Some of those inland areas where the pockets of moderate to heavy at times snow persist will break 30 inches. Perhaps Newtown to New Milford to Bridgewater area. I have to admit I chuckle every time you question somebody else's measurement. What have you received in Old Lyme? Waiting for my measurements still. Have some pics - looks like 15 inches or so. MainePhotog
Music to my ears. Maybe we can make a run at 15-18. I would say lock it! I'm going with 14"-18" here now that there's a possibility that dry slot may stay offshore.

snowman21
how much did you get? your in greenwich right? Yeah I'm at work so I didn't take a measurement, but I had to walk through it a bit taking the train this morning. Seems like a solid foot. I saw your 14.5 - seems about right since you're in backcountry so you always get more than us along the water.
