millpondwx
It's these mini little heavy bands that sit over certain places that make all the diffeence in these big KU's. They can add on 6-12 inches while other towns get half that Exactly! Who knew that the Berks would have been where the jackpot is with this storm. Even now there are two bands in eastern mass where the models just had one large area. Resolving these smaller features is key and hopefully the models improve in predicting these features in the next few years. Speaking of bands that central mass band can move east over the 495 belt anytime now.
weathafella
Next storm to follow Sorry...that's a huge rainstorm for you in MHT. Snow to rain. BL/H85 is north of you. I'm glad (nothing to do with you..), I have to go to FL for 2 days during that time frame and figure if I miss an egg I'll come home for some pie. mattlacroix4
I am pretty lucky right now, that huge band from Lewiston, ME to central NH, is just barely over me and doesn't seem to be moving. I think I will get more than Portland if this keeps up.

HoarfrostHubb
Good Lord...Will is missing an impressive band! Is he asleep or something? Getting clobbered now in N ORH cty... BOX has upped us to 21-23" on their beauty of a map... Just spent 90 minutes moving some snow and sledding building snowboard ramps on our huge 6' park in the back yard (son was going down our deck steps for an additional 5' of vertical) I love this so much
OKpowdah
Looks like N ORH Co is getting pounded. Me FTL. Still think the two jackpot call will play out well over the Berks into CT and another over eastern MA.
