CooL
Finished up with about 10 inches here in Clifton, NJ..... family lives across town, finished with 8.5..... Clifton is large geographically, but it would be nice to have some confirmation of my total from my friends in lower Bergen County. I live in Rutherford and measured 12" on the nose...I was not expecting a 10"+ storm around here but we lucked out

gkrangers
That has to be inflated, no offense..probably with existing snowcover.. Could be a little high, but 9-10" seems reasonable across parts of Monmouth County.
Sickman
Just measured 9" here in North Massapequa. This is much easier to shovel than the blizzard, so I'm sure we had nice ratios here.

L.I.Pete
18.5 here in Port Jefferson Station...much better storm here that the blizzard snow-wise, and the rates were just incredible from 1-3 a.m. and then 5-8 or so this morning. Looks like some of the lighter bands rotating around the backside of the low could get in here later.
bkviking
Last video from Miller Place, one hour after shoveling out around car....just pointless. Finally called in to work.

Saw some breaks of sun around 9:30 but it still has not stopped snowing. About a half inch of new snow on the walkway that i shoveled at 9:30 or so...its actually close to moderate snow right now. Snowshack
How much out there? Just measured 20.75" in three spots that had been cleared of prior snow on my deck. Thats about 2.5" more than I had at 9:00am, which is surprising to me. Looking at current radar we may still get measurable snow. Is it still snowing there? jconsor
Is the deck next to a roof? Have to be careful of snow blowing off the roof when measuring in windy storms like this. Just measured 20.75" in three spots that had been cleared of prior snow on my deck. Thats about 2.5" more than I had at 9:00am, which is surprising to me.
