Kbosch
There is just nowhere to put this snow and I am not winning today/didn't with the trough. Can't imagine what some areas in the hills and to the east must look like right now.

DomNH
5 hours into the storm I have 9.5" of new snow. Rate is not as ridiculous as it had been, but still at least mod. 30.8\30 Back up to the high. Same...guessing we're in the in-between zone between the first jolt and the CCB. Still seem to be accumulating over 1''/hr thanks to the ratios and ghey snow.
Collinsville
Man look at this radar. Inflow coming in from the Cape. CCB over SNE, and deformation band out in the Berks. Just incredible. The hammer has been dropped!

dendrite
Folks, what is the proper way to measure? I see people measuring 3 times an hour....LOL It's once an hour, clear every 6 hours, correct? You can measure however many times you want...but just don't clear for 6 hours. I usually just go out once per hour to measure and then clear every 6 hours while taking a snow core and melting it down for the water equiv. It's going to be tough to do that for this storm due to the wind though.
