Baroclinic Zone
its pulsing...not as steady as before here...whatever boundary this stuff is keying on is like a few miles to my north. Winds are increasing...shotgun blasts getting more numerous. Hopefully that ccb crushes bigtime. Waiting for it to back in.

MaineJayhawk
Stray flurries beginning here. Can't believe my wife's work wasn't cancelled. 40 mile trip into S. Portland in this storm for her. 4WD FTW! Her commute is going to be terribke. My wife also has to go into work (lack of 4WD FTL). Just told her it's going to be a helluva commute. 30dBZ returns are up to Saco.

powderfreak
Congrats everyone! The radar just looks awesome down there... that CCB that's curling up near Long Island looks to destroy CT, MA, and parts of NH and ME. Always a nice sign to see a good CCB forming and it looks to slowly drag over SNE. Someone should start a picture thread and I want to see plenty of goodies in it later this afternoon! dryslot
He did...Jerry had a total rare meltdown...even though we (many mets) all told him it would be a 33F paste for a while before it went to a colder snow. He said he didn't care as long as the taint wasnt too bad...but he let the 12/30/00 analog creep into his head too much and went ballistic. But snow sooths the savage beast. I did. Temp was rising and 12/30/00 were as well. But thankfully that boy's still dead. Just like an addict in rehab your back, Congrats down your way, You guys look like you have benn getting ripped.........

mahk_webstah
Yeah, though that will be ending within the next 10-15 minutes it seems as we are taken home for good with heavy snow. Snow rates haven't decreased much here through it. Fingers crossed Dom and Birving. Been ripping in the hour since i got up. I hope at least some of us in snh get in the ccb.
