MarkO
Holy Crap! Currently under the heaviest snow I've ever seen from this house (since 2004). I can barely make out the tree 300' away, granted part of it is the condensation on the door, but even open, it looks like heavy fog.

ORH_wxman
Where do you think the southern edge of that ccb south of long island heads? You think it gets the cape and islands (that far south?) Probably EWB to PYM...maybe the Cape, i dunno. Its gonna look a bit like 12/9/05 when it passes near there. I think there could be some weird stuff that happens over the next 3-5 hours. Look at the convection trying to eat into the dryslot near E LI on the south fork. This storm is so dynamic. This is pretty fun in that we have no idea on some stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if you go to town like none other in couple hours. The convection has gotten wrapped up into the WCB and maybe entering the CCB now. It will probably play havoc with the dynamics of all of this....imagine the weird lift going on now.
