cpickett79
Amazing radar changes by the frame, wow the dynamics, pivoting waiting for the 35-40 dbz band from hell to show up on will's linked radar. most bands have been less than 35 so far. i want that darkest of the green. the stuff i saw smoke parts of MD last year....the stuff that shut dc down.....lets get that band going......and then ginx can let the stripper out of the cake. Yeah the CCB is gonna be wild later this morning you will lose good flakes for a little while with some mid level drying... but that means going from 3"/hour to 1 or 1.5"/hour for 1-2 hours. About as good as you can ask for.
ORH_wxman
Out for another mearuement....this is about perfect for my own BY right now....050 type wind with this type of banding. Heavy snow and 24F.

sankaty
2.5 inches last hour. 8.5 total. Visibilities went way up about 15 minutes ago, but are now dropping again as heavier snow moves back in. Not yet back at the insane rates as before. Thinking that we are in a good spot for the CCB to pivot in, but not sure if we're just a bit too far SE.
