Mission 1: Not lose the snowpack: guidance trend: accomplished in the prog.

Mission 2: Build the snowpack: guidance trend: accomplished in the prog

Mission 3: Not flip the pattern to warm like JB has said will happen: accomplished in the prog.

Big winter unfolding....believers join the 3 old men and we'll give you some wisdom.

Who are those 3 old men? I'm a believer and 47 so I might qualify.

In order of "experience" --- 'fella, Ginxy, Pete (the young pup)

They were calling for an epic winter after comparing waistlines of squirrels, moss at 2K, and percentage of Canadian coins stuck in the slots at Foxwoods...

They started banging the drum in... June??? CoT... ftw???

Screw dry. Cold and wet much better. We'll get 1-2 Saturday night. We'll get 3-6 with ice and a triple point dry slot Tues/Wed. We'll get DEEP cold and an Arctic Miller B nuke around D11. Huge winter unfolding and if you don't want to believe me, turn around and look out your window.

Kevin?

No its Jerry!

Yeah Baby!

waa band, ccb, pivot point....lather rinse repeat

"a correction vector implies a track on the coast"

"residual block ftw"

"climo"

All those classics a true, to a degree, but obviously overstated alot.

to a certain extent yes

with heavy snowpack on the ground in SNE, in january, a triple point low is favored in redevlopment process.

that makes much more sense, and at this range, its the extent to which you can assess the upcoming pattern- using climo.

thanks!

but i'm really not kidding about that curse...i should appologize to everyone in our subforum that the next big threat happens to coincide with my birthday :arrowhead::scooter:

As long as it does something, I don't care. The worst is brutal cold and bone dry for weeks on end.
