heathaze
I knew saying that would get another response out of you! Hey, I admitted that was my bad on that. I let the weather part of me overtake the sports part of me on that one. What's funny is, if we escape that storm, there's another one that could happen a couple of days after the Super Bowl. That would probably be the day of the victory parade.....if the Steelers win of course. That's still a long way off though. The way storms have been dodging us this winter, I wouldn't be surpised if that one does as well. I'd like if the temps stayed below freezing for any chance of replenishing the snow pack. I mean, who wants to look at the plain drab ground this time of year? Well, perhaps Digger doesn't mind.
weatherman5416
Anyone live up in Butler or Lawrence? Looks like they have been getting some moderate freezing rain for a while. Any reports?

blackngoldrules
06z GFS seems to be giving us a pretty decent storm Saturday. It looks like it has the QPF at .5 to .75 for our area. 06z NAM also looks like it's giving us this storm but doesn't seem to have it quite as strong as the GFS, at least at the 84hr. Plus, the NAM at 84 hours brings that freezing line over top of us so possibly some precip issues according to the NAM. While the weekend storm looks a little juicier for us, next week's potential got a little weaker for us. A lot of time with that second one though.
