Funny about the all day whining about radar (by others, not you) when we weren't supposed to get any SN until about 7 pm (at least in Baltimore) and it was supposed to advect right over us regardless. It seems to be developing right ontop of us, but I wouldn't want to bet that it will last much longer. Our county was recently upgrated to winter storm warning for up to a foot. I would expect you to do pretty well with a vigorous clipper type storm in Ohio moving east. clskinsfan Posted January 11, 2011 Author Share Posted January 11, 2011 I just made the drive from Winchester to Richmond. I have a meeting in Richmond tomorrow. It snowed until I got just south of Warrenton on Route 17. The entire way south was light rain or drizzle. Did not run into any heavy precip. The roads are in fine condition. Did not see a salt truck until I got just north of Richmond. Some icicles hanging on the street signs and mailboxes down here. It figures I had to come south as its snowing right now at my house.
