earthlight
4mb pressure falls in the past 3 hours just off the MD coast. Nothing overly dramatic, not trying to saying we are headed for snow-maggedon...just noting it.
Zelocita Weather
Media is hyping this as SNOW BOMB 2011! Starting to get some big flakes (quarter sized) in Essex County (although not that many of them yet)...
hudsonvalley21
The pressure falls are directly along the coast NW of the surface low. Any idea what the MM5 is showing? Edit I found it. http://cheget.msrc.sunysb.edu/html/alt_mm5.cgi

VPguy
Looks like a gravity wave just propagated through eastern PA into western NJ. Snowfall increased to 1/4 mi S+. Now has backed off some here in the Allentown area. Still looks like a nice warm advection surge due to the inland system followed by dry slot racing east across PA. Could most of the precip in Allentown and eastern PA be over by midnight?
