patrick7032
I haven't checked the mesoanalysis since it has been a busy day here at DTW. Just noticed it on radar earlier. Appreciate the image post.
snowstormcanuck
Snow starting to pick up. Larger flakes than I expected. Maybe the best uplift is clipping the DGZ? Everything dusted up.
ukrocks
Got about 3 inches of snow. A nice minor event and more than likely the last snows I will in Louisville this winter. I'll be returning to Murray in the KPAH region tomorrow afternoon!

Toronto4
Big flaked moderate snow. 25-30 DBZs moving over the city. Same here downtown. Based on radar and latest trends, I'm expecting 3-4 inches.
snowstormcanuck
Same here downtown. Based on radar and latest trends, I'm expecting 3-4 inches. It looks like the heaviest snow has actually lifted north of Hamilton-Burlington, which is somewhat surprising. If the pcpn shield doesn't collapse rapidly due to the energy transfer, I could see those amounts. Good sign when the flakes are this visible at night:
Torontonian
They were calling for 1-3 inches generally, with this extra lake enhancement i am thinking 3-4 inches as well. We are already doing better than last winter.
toronto blizzard
Snowing good in mississauga right now. Winds are gusty as well. Expecting also 3-4 inches. The storm on saturday lokks like a general 2-6" across southern ontario

KeenerWx
Looks like we are currently getting Lake enhancement here in LAF...snowing at least decently... Ironic that back home they are getting shafted although they are closer to the actual band,

We are already doing better than last winter. Winds are NE/NNE so I'm not sure this is lake enhancement. Also, the heaviest band according to KC radar is NORTH of the 407. Me thinks this is some sort of f-gen band formed in an area of strong deformation.

snowstormcanuck
Snow still coming down pretty good, but smaller flakes now. I'd guess about 1.5" down and I'll measure for sure in about 20 minutes.
TimChgo9
Looks like a total of 5" from this event. Last measurement was mid afternoon and I was at about 4.3", and there is at least .5" on the driveway right now. So, I am figuring about 4.8" to 5" total snow.
