A few more for ya...after being all over the hood i'm convinced it was more like 8", several drifts over a foot! The freezing rain hasn't stopped in 2or3 hours...its light but really evident on the power lines, signs, sides of the cars and gutters (1/4 inch ice sheet hanging)

Captured these birds this morning, when I see the Hawks perching in the back, that is indicative of a storm on the way. Sorry the pic is blurry, I had to zoom in and then crop the picture once I uploaded it. I believe they are a pair of red-shouldered hawks (not red tailed), male and female.
