I'm just going by the seasonal trends, plus the NAM is on its own. GFS/EURO both have significantly less.

Well, let's see what happens. I have seen so many bust on seasonal trends thinking. Patterns can and do change.

Besides, last year soon after your declaration you would never ever see 5 inches from a snowstorm as long as you live, you got two in February. Reverse psychology ftw.

Temperatures are now hovering very close to 32 degrees, and this will continue to be the case into tonight. This is important, because a weak upper-level system and cold front will traverse the region late tonight with a few hours of light rain. My sense is that well-salted roads (from this morning) should be okay, however, back roads and sidewalks may ice up again late tonight. Of course, if temps hold at 33 or 34 overnight, then it's not a concern. But some areas could just as easily be 30 or 31 degrees, which would certainly make for slick spots for the morning drive. Light precipitation may end as a little light snow or flurries early tomorrow, before skies begin to clear during the afternoon. Some peeks of sun should finally lift temps into the mid to upper 30s Wednesday afternoon. Cold Canadian high pressure will build in for Wednesday night and Thursday, helping set the stage for the next storm approaching from the southwest on Thursday night. While not a big storm, this system could bring a few inches of snow for Friday morning's rush hour.
