canderson
As depicted, MDT escapes without much ice due to our cold blocking valley. Reading, however, gets nailed with .25" zr and 3" snow. That's nasty stuff. Jon if MDT gets a bunch of ice any way I could contract for you to cinder my alley so I can get out of my garage? LOL I live like a mile from your offices, methinks. EasternUSWX
JB update. Itstrainingtime
This storm tonight. Wow, thanks for the info. Did he say anything about the system on Friday? The NAM looks like a bowling ball to me, the new GFS has that Miller B look where we might get shafted again.

canderson
CTP has bumped up MDT's snowfall grid and subtracted its ice amouns. Tonight: Snow. Low around 23. East wind between 3 and 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible. Tuesday: Snow, freezing rain, and sleet before 1pm, then a slight chance of rain. High near 36. North wind between 3 and 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible. New snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible. They're buying the cold solution obviously, and look to be using a NAM/GFS hybrid precip amount solution. I like this approach quite a bit. canderson
Assuming the forecast temp profile is correct, we don't have a big ice threat. Those up in the LV though, they have ice issues that still ahead.
