Too far out to really know. The 18z NAM just gives us 2-4" of snow this run. It can change pretty drastically from run to run until the system gets over land which will probably be tomorrow evening. Yeah this has potential to be a big impact winter storm. Hoping for more snow and plenty of it with minimal ice.
JoMo
*GFS slaps NAM and calls it an idiot. 18z GFS looks like it may be a bit farther NW than the 12z run through 66 so back to icing issues.

ARyan
The NAM is pulling it's typical crap for this far out in its range. I wouldn't ignore completely but I have a hard time believing it....
NwWhiteOut
winter storm watch here now....heres the slop forecast as of now. Lots of ice in the forecast and springfield as of now says possibly over 6" of snow as well
MoWeatherguy
Still a very wet system on the 18z GFS so no change there. But defin a bit warmer robbing a lot of the snow totals.
