turtlehurricane
Grenada County, Mississippi. They average less than an inch per year, so they can't really justify spending money on snow removal equipment. The state does have a decent amount of plows, but obviously they focus on interstates and major state highways. County roads are going to be a disaster. Good thing about the south is it'll melt by itself.
Stebo
Good thing about the south is it'll melt by itself. Yeah but it might take a few days especially if you get greater than 8 inches, or anything dealing with ice.
JoMo
Couple counties south of here don't have snow removal. If it snows 5+ inches, schools are out the entire week.

Chicago WX
Watching TWC this morning is kinda lol worthy. They have live coverage in ATL right now. They just showed some news video of someone who got stuck and kept spinning their tires...so much so that their car caught on fire. The person made it out of the car thankfully, but jeebus.
