weatherfide
I'm done with snow it looks like. I'm not sure, but I would say it's a mixture of sleet and freezing rain at the moment.

DopplerWx
Well, time to head to bed. Heaviest returns set up N of CHS and continue to move north, radar looks anemic to our west. Looks like we'll be high and dry and when the precip does come we will get plain rain. Enjoy the snow everyone.
DeltaPilot
We were done with snow about 4 or 5 hours ago weatherfide! All Ive seen since then is some off and on sleet/pellets. No accumulation other than what we got the first 30 minutes around 730-8pm. Sleeting very lightly here right now.

Just went outside. It's the perfect amount to completely frustrate a person. Looks like the Southside will not be part of the fun.
Ben
Lots of sleet mixing in down here. Right now, more sleet than snow. Definitely some sleet mixing in here, but that blue flash of lightning was amazing. Wonder if we could get some more thundersnow with those yellows moving this way. Stormsfury
Summerville down to 32 with DP's coming up to 23 at KDYB. evaporation cooling. KCHS 36 with a dewpoint of 10, so honestly I think the DP sensor is on the high side. Doesn't coincide with the rest of the reports surrounding. I'm doing my best to stay awake and watch the beginning. My eyes are so bloodshot now I've never been so tired. What a long 5 weeks this has been. WeatherNC
I posted this in the storm disco thread, but it applies here too... In GA, along and north of a line from Augusta to Peachtree City (DP that is you), are no where near done with this storm based on what is coming upstream, and SPC critical thickness. 27 over 10 at PGV with a virga storm working in from the SW per the ILM radar
