We had heavy snow most of the night. The wind is also howling. I can't tell how much we got due to it is still dark. I will know once it gets light. The road grader came around at 4 am to plow the residential streets, so I am sure I will be using the snow blower. I like getting a west wind due to it is much easier to blow it without getting a face full of snow. Next house I buy I am going to make sure I have property south of the driveway.

It seems this happens quite frequently, places that average like 1/4 of the snowfall we do get their first accumulating snow before us! Oh well, its coming...
