Unless it just disappears it will continue to rotate and pull out to the NE so some of this has to drag thru, Just starting to get annoying how off the models have been even with the short term stuff.

What do you have there now? I think we're done to be honest, we may see an inch or two if we get very lucky but I'm half expecting to see bare ground here in the am.

Total, total disaster.

The models were really very good, they just can't place a surface low accurately six hours out :) . It's really odd that they can seem to place the troughs fairly well.

They need to get warnings up for parts of RI and CT (pending radar trends the next hour) and they can drop them on the Cape entirely. I think as soon as they get a look at the 0z NAM the warnings will go away here on the Cape - probably advisories even.

Been fascinating watching these storms the last few years. More importantly it's fascinating to watch how it's come down to not being able to rely on models even 12 hours out it would appear. I may be totally off base and suddenly everything will turn around, but I see a sub 4" event for the entire Cape.

You being serious dude? or hits from the bong tonite?

Trace here and thats up toward the western part of Scituate. Nothing in the harbor. The band that came through at 8ish (beginning of the 2nd Bruins period) coated my parents back deck. It has since melted.

Well you did say it was not 1/2m vis which I have proven you wrong not once but twice now. Just enjoy the snow.

No, you said it had to be heavy heavy snow in PYM county. It wasn't along the coast, it's warm and it's raining, or rain mixed with snow all the way up along the shoreline. 35-40 dbz and only 1/2 mile visibility but oh well. Irrelvant but I clearly said ON THE COAST. :)

I'd enjoy the snow if it'd actually fall.

Yeah, what a shame. It just got really windy and temps shot up to 37.

Temps going up some all the way to C.A along the coast. Going to be a little tougher to overcome the marine layer with this 5dbz stuff overhead.
