Vis has def dropped more here, probably almost moderate snow now. Flakes are getting better bit still not optimal.

Nice radar. I wonder how progressive that snow band will be? It should stall out over or near Kev and Ginx. The advisories/warnings need to be adjusted out there, the jackpot is going to be with that band.

35 and light rain here.

When did this start for you? I was putting my daughter to bed and was reading to her...

Looks not half bad outside - neighbors porch lights look fuzzy

I'm not sure, I wasn't expecting it. Just happened to notice the cars were driving by slowly and flipped on the floodlights. Looks great out there right now! Mostly all large flakes.

Yeah... I would think NW RI as well.. Foster, Burrilville looking good

They need to get warnings up for parts of RI and CT (pending radar trends the next hour) and they can drop them on the Cape entirely. I think as soon as they get a look at the 0z NAM the warnings will go away here on the Cape - probably advisories even.

Been fascinating watching these storms the last few years. More importantly it's fascinating to watch how it's come down to not being able to rely on models even 12 hours out it would appear. I may be totally off base and suddenly everything will turn around, but I see a sub 4" event for the entire Cape.

Water vapor (latest image is in)...can really see how everything elongated west to east and actually wobbled due east for some time. meanwhile the "branch" of vorticity that shot east helped to fuel what is really a second low out there (or at least greatly elongated it). That was the struggle for a day or two with the models and the eastern system won.

SPC has the low pretty far out.
