_AR_
You are definitely going to school. Haha. When we got ~2" last friday they closed the schools here. I still had to drive an hour to work though. That was more snow than we got back here during the "blizzard". I'm giving up on snow I think. *******. School busses have auto chains and sand for a reason.
LVblizzard
You are definitely going to school. If 2" can get us off, why not 3-5"? I'll bump this tomorrow and see how you verified... This. Now get off the forum and do your f'n homework. School is more important than a bit of snow. The only reason I wouldn't do homework right now is if the radar showed a 30" blizzard obviously coming straight for the Lehigh Valley.

Not even a dusting. Didn't do my homework and was tired as hell in school the next day. lol. I was so pissed.

simpsonsbuff
Back in middle school (a while ago to say the least), I had school cancelled for a flurry. Of course, it was forecasted to be worse.
Manny
NYC closed schools down twice in Feb., but those storms, we were not on the fringe of heavier accumulations. Whatever, 7-10" of snow is awesome, and if there is school, whatever.
BxEngine
So against my better judgement I headed out to the store to get a new phone charger tonight. got the new charger, and tried to open it with a knife at home. Yes_Probably_Maybe_No
Psh.. School was cancelled for me once and it was raining outside. Granted, it was expected to be a sleet/ice/snow mess, but it rained. I don't remember the storm date though. I actually think this happened 2-3 times, but it's simply too far back in my childhood to remember.

Rainshadow
kids school closed for 5" and clear skies back in the day they would put chains on the tires Yup, I used to walk uphill both ways back and forth to school in 6 inches of snow. Seriously, my grammar school would have been opened today.
