This OES looks to continue for a while too judging by the radar.. being fed nicely out in Mass Bay.. someone might see a couple inches from the OES... in your face NWS.. Told ya the OES was gonna hit somewhere

:weenie:

They mentioned this. This is some of the stuff that I was thinking may happen, but sometimes this stuff will blossom west and then fade...it sort of pulses. We'll see how it goes.

I could definitely see how the 12z GEFS mean 72 hour QPF verfies for South Coast of SNE, including RI and SE MA. I think the GFS might be too progressive still with the overall low track and timing. Could see something like 10 miles SE of the BM type track, 00z runs will either lock this up, or will give us more questions than answers. The more amplified scenario is still on the table, however the lack of a strengthening H5 low is really killing this potential. Imagine if the H5 low strengthened as it passed to our south and southeast? It would have been an awesome blizzard.

I wish everyone was in this band.

Its pretty incredible.

I'm getting some good SN+ but Fairfield/Bridgeport win this one. It was heaviest here a few hours ago from when I posted that photo until about 30 minutes later. Still have some to go, we'll see if it picks up.
