You can kinda interpolate what the radar would look like between the stuff slowly moving north in eastern Monmouth and the stuff doing likewise up in Warren.. Not forming...it was snowing down in Harrisburg earlier but it's so low topped that radar can't see it in either State College or Fort Dix. It's "below the radar" returns.
