It seems that at least in southern Westchester County, there is still a lot of drier air in the column: one can almost see the bluish tint of the sky through the clouds as a very light snow falls. IT now gives south Jersey about 6 inches tomorrow, Philly about 3-4 inches and eastern Long Island gets killed with 6-12 inches as it develops a 984 mb low off of Long Island.
