Amazing that they beat Feb '96. Must have been just the perfect conditions up there. http://www.crh.noaa.gov/news/display_cmsstory.php?wfo=dlh&storyid=63000&source=0 The -46 degree low was tied for the lowest on record at the International Falls Airport.
