MaineJayhawk
One hell of a winter for the folks around NYC and SNE south shore.

DomNH
Full frontal Big NW shift, even though it's probably too amped up, nice trend.
Kbosch
NAM is destroying. NYC and southern CT at hr 69. What else is new. That's been a theme on a bunch of models/runs and obviously for the year. I love where we sit.

CoastalWx
A shift NW and 75hr NAM + quite the amped solution....but still a good run.

free_man
Pete GC already has 12 inches on the ground by 72, huge huge hit for all dry slot approaching LI/S coast hr 72 and through by 78. Front end thump to dry slot for S sections on the NAM.
DomNH
Big dryslot issues on the NAM based on that track. ML centers look perfect for N of the Pike, if I'm reading the maps right.
Colonel Badger
Big dryslot issues on the NAM based on that track. Here we go again. You watch SNH get dry slotted just like the Christmas storm!

CT Rain
Looks like it tracks near HYA..similar to 12/26. Looks like almost EWB? Just going over the national view hard to say for sure. I have to imagine that dry slots a lot of SNE southeast of I-84 and the Pike after a heavy front thump. Litchfield Hills and God's Country FTW? free_man
Look at mid-level lows, not slp...7h low is over SNE, not good for southern areas.
ski MRG
Pete GC already has 12 inches on the ground by 72, huge huge hit for all I'll take it, don't bother wrapping it. NAM has been doing well as of late hasn't it?

CT Rain
Look at mid-level lows, not slp...7h low is over SNE, not good for southern areas. Yeah... still probably a 7-10" hit before they dry slot. I like NW CT, W and N Mass (N&W of ORH) for that kind of track.
CoastalWx
LOL 18" in Southbury CT again.
DomNH
Look at mid-level lows, not slp...7h low is over SNE, not good for southern areas. We get raked though . I imagine we might see a consensus somewhere in between ACK and the BM by the time the 12z runs are through.
CoastalWx
Yeah... still probably a 7-10" hit before they dry slot. I like NW CT, W and N Mass (N&W of ORH) for that kind of track. I don't know if it will be that amped up. I thought it would be a little further se at first given H5, but it snuck up the coast. It will be interesting to see what the rest do. Yeah, probably easily that much. Have to assume there will be 2-3"/hr banding in there.
cpickett79
this run of nam looks like E 1/2 of NJ/ SNY SW CT GC over to NW ri /ORH thru hr 66....then to panel 72 NW burbs of boston S/vt and SNH i like how the low is not moving that fast! also it seems quite progessive after hour 72 looks like Wa WA Gets about 18 inches
Kbosch
If today turns out like this it's time to move towards a moderate to high confidence of a warning event here. I was expecting 6-10, but we're gonna score big time if we get that track.
