Typhoon Tip
We just can't seem to snap the dominance of these polar field indices... The mean of the AO is pinned negative, and this 12z GFS run paints the wall: the -EPO block decays and then a new even more terrifyingly huge -NAO ridge takes over. DEEPSTUFF
Models should not go beyond 3 days.................Remember back in the day how much calmer you used to be knowing winter would come and you enjoyed the snow when it came, if it came and did not have to much information at hand and life was better? I'm as guilty as the next guy but we seemed to get more snow and enjoyed what we got a whole lot more before the internet.
