Logan11
Have you seen the Euro ensembles on next weeks low? The euro ensembles like se mass and the Cape as well. Pretty good probs for greater than 0.25" qpf in 12hrs down there.
CoastalWx
Looks like the 06z gfs is a little too far east to do much damage, but close enough for a few inches possibly on the Cape.

They could smell a three day weekend. Surprised they didn't just cancel yesterday. Trumbull still open - we usually do what they do.
moneypitmike
Nice to see the wsw converted to a warning here in the higher terrain of the 'distant interior'. Totally dig the long duration snowfalls. Out for a quick ski, will be loking for first flakes in the headlamp. It sure is. Haven't seen that since........Dec 26. Took me all my model checking and 12 pagaes of reading here befroe I finally saw mention of it (hadn't looked at the officila foercast yet). Good stuff. Expect there may be some continued developements of interest for many folks still.

MaineJayhawk
I awoke hoping to find a WWA for my area. Instead, GYX handed me a lump of coal ... little or no accumulation through Saturday. GAH! I need a Flutie to Phelan type of miracle now.

moneypitmike
Curious that BOX's long term only references second inv trough (would it be a norlun?) for Sat/Sun, no mention of CCB at all. Seems unlike them not to delve into these type of possiibltiies.
