The average statewide precipitation was 33.44 inches, which is 6.15 inches above the 1971-2000 normal. The average statewide temperature was 43.0 degrees F, which was 1.8 degrees F above the 1971-2000 normal. The wettest location in the state found so far was Wabasha with 49.92 inches of precipitation, 17.60 inches above normal.
