Winner will be scored on lowest total # of degrees off (aka, if you guess -5 at DC and the lowest is 20, that's +25 for you). Tiebreaker: monthly snowfall at Central Park I'll start! Lowest monthly: BOS: -5 NYC: 1 PHL: -1 DCA: 4 Lowest maximum: BOS: 11 NYC: 14 PHL: 15 DCA: 18 NYC snow: 15.0" I think the heart of the cold will likely be around 1/20 or so, and the coldest days will come during a stretch of 7+ days of subfreezing temperatures for PHL-BOS and sub-35 for DC.
