Batman
impressive stuff from Brick. noted. He's workin' hard to bring home the trophy this year. Off to a very solid start. I'm thinkin' by Tuesday he should be a solid frontrunner.

lilj4425
RaleighWX now only calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow here and then ice. This storm is a fail. Latest bufkit gives me 10.3 inches with 22:1 ratios during the height of the storm. What the problem is? Not a fail in my book.
Brick Tamland
We were looking at a 6 plus snow storm here just a couple days ago. 2 to 4 inches of snow with ice on top of it would be a mess, but I was hoping for more snow.

WidreMann
RaleighWX now only calling for 2 to 4 inches of snow here and then ice. This storm is a fail. I'm surprised he's still going with that much. With the trends, we'll be lucky to see a flurry before it warms up and drizzles.
burgertime
Blast. GF's cooking? Haha perhaps, but there was a stomach virus going around at the office and last night my stomach was a little unstable so I'm going with the virus...not dumb enough to blame it on her
Brick Tamland
Seriously, it's looking like we'll get more snow tonight than Monday and Tuesday. The latest GFS says this is a fail for here. Not looking good at all.

Not looking good at all. Not even tonight. The trends are for that band to be more and more south and with warmer temps. We'll get a flurry tonight and a flurry on Monday and then moderate dry cold after that. I'd have rather had the blowtorch January instead of the worst that winter has to offer. Yeah, I'd rather it warm up, too, if we're not going to get anything more than a dusting to 2 inches. I guess I had my fun with the Christmas snow. It's looking more and more like next week is not going to be much of anything.

I guess I had my fun with the Christmas snow. It's looking more and more like next week is not going to be much of anything. I only had one storm where I got more than a half inch and that was the Christmas storm. Even then, it was only 3" and in a relative minimum. Actually, most areas of the state got more than that. magpiemaniac
Brick and WidreMann need their own "suicide watch" thread. I can take one of you, but the two of you together playing off of each other's chronic depression is tiring for the rest of us.

DCMetroWinston
It is too early to throw in the towel, but I have noticed that the excitement has greatly decreased for NC and VA. In a reversal of the past, non-NC posters have taken over the forum, which is telling. This might be one for the Deep South only.

If that crap starts, I'm going to wish for them to get a foot of ice and no electricity for a month.

WxKnurd
This has nothing to do with the weather, but I just confirmed that Brandon aka Hky_Wx used to whip my tail throughout 18 holes of golf during our high school golf tournaments .
