When I went to bed last night at 10:30, it was 15 so the temperature actually ROSE three degrees overnight. Actually, quite an interesting range of temps at the 4:00AM observation in EPA. Yeah, it looked like some of the coldest temperatures in eastern PA this morning straddled about 10 miles either side of I-476 from Plymouth Meeting to Allentown.
