JTA66
61 degrees. Finally got the outdoor Christmas lights down.
winterwarlock
63 here. These late winter warm up events always are underforecasted....70 tomorrow away from the coast with enough sun is quite possible
phlwx
Philly's two degrees away from a sneaky record....overperforming 66 at 2 PM.
famartin
TTN's 1 shy of the record for today. Looks like they'll at least tie it. I said this morning in the medium range thread (why there, I don't know, I guess I was responding to Adam's "short lived warmth" comment) that there was a decent shot of 70 at PHL tomorrow. Maybe I should've said today
famartin
TTN tied. ABE is strangely reading only 51 this hour. Me thinks that's a tad cool when just about everyone around them is 60 or so.

daxx
It is 66 here, it feels warmer than that. I don't know which is worse dirty snow, or all this mud.
Isotherm
Snow in my parents yard is mostly gone. Per parents, we've now gone under 50% coverage of lawns back home in Monmouth County. So today - day 54 of consecutive days with 1"+ on the ground, will be the last of the stretch. It was an awesome run. NYC should make it to day 55, tomorrow morning, but highly unlikely they still have 1" Saturday morning.

mattinpa
Wonderful day today; first day of the warm up that felt as warm as the temps. I'll take this mixed with snow chances for the rest of the winter.

_AR_
Wanted to post these pics I took yesterday. The thawing/refreezing of the surface layer of ice on top of the snow has caused large cracks on the surface in open areas. They are much larger and more expansive in the open fields. Pretty cool. Looks like lake ice.
Parsley
Maxed out at 66 today. Can't wait for a repeat tomorrow. By the way, this snowpack has been resilient......very impressive to watch its struggle to melt throughout the week.
phlwx
Anything in our yard that gets regular sun has lost all snowpack. The shaded areas are still holding onto it...helps to have had that icy rain to soak it down and slow the melt to a sleet-like pace.
Analog96
Snow in my parents yard is mostly gone. We have 50-60% coverage at this moment. HOWEVER, I am going to record tomorrow's snow pack as a trace, because by morning it will be less than 50%.
