Or just because we have 5 snowless winters doesn't make a 6th snowless winter less likely. ice1972 Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 Perhaps but my guess is that weather setups and outcomes are not independent events like roulette.......I think it's fair to say that based on past history it is possible to favor one outcome over the other if the setup and connections support it.....
