WeatherFox
14" Beechhurst, New York (eyeballing) since there was so much wind and in close proximity is NY LaGuardia, which showed 14 inches as their official measurement earlier. It should have been more. Those darn mesoscale snow bands and thunder snow which I mostly missed out on. Anyway, I should not complain. It was a beautiful nor'easter (blizzard). Hope everyone is safe, warm and dry in-doors.

Hey does anyone know if this site has a personal database for snowstorm info, like Eastern did? And if it does, was the info moved over from Eastern or can it be or would we have to do that manually? I hate to lose all that info...
NorthShoreWx
Would it be unreasonable to request that if you couldn't bother to take out a ruler to actually measure snowfall you should refrain from posting how many inches you got in a snow totals thread? You should also refrain from posting eyeball totals or guesstimates based the length of your shin on the NWS online spotter forms. Just saying... Obviously this doesn't apply to everyone here. Exceptions can probably be made for totals up to an inch or two...its hard to be off by much on those.
