Cold Miser
Scanner is on now. Boston police very busy. Just heard a call for someone face down in a snow pile. Always great. lol - Nothing to do with bad driving but heavy drinking from an Irish Pats fan.
Bryan
Winds are fooking nuts right, making the window frames and house creak. This is a reminder, even when we get screwed by storms, why we all love New England.

snowman21
For the first time in a while I hear some of those pellets mixed back in with the heavy snow I'm thinking that's GS instead of PL.
nutmegfriar
lol - Nothing to do with bad driving but heavy drinking from an Irish Pats fan. Yellow snow can keep a person alive for weeks. Squeezing it out of the pants is the tricky part.
snowman21
Approx. 16" to 19" for me with blizzard conditions? Sign me up! How much do you think you have now? My last report out of Old Lyme was 2 inches at around 4 PM. Have you been getting any heavy snow? Looks like a few moderate-heavy bands have passed over quickly, but nothing sustained like in Fairfield County down into NJ.
mattmfm
Are you still all snow? Is it a dry snow? yes and yes. Temp here has nudged up a bit to 25, but due north wind.
Cold Miser
Why does it seem like most of the NOAA forecast totals have been downgraded since earlier today, or do such forecasts not mean crap while we're in the thick of things? Seems like the heavy totals are forecast in the metro NYC area.
