Baro is still droppin like a rock 995mb with a forecasted 970mb. That is just downright scary. I think my lowest pressure recorded was 28.66 back in '05 this will surpass. I guess Branford put its shields up again.lol my saying for just about every storm here is 4-8 in rule applies, never has failed yet.. Just be patient..I only have about 3" too. It does sound a bit like convection is playing around with the snow crystals giving them graupel like properties even without a warm layer. Yep. That's exactly what mine looked like.
